The dealership was great, the buying process went smoothly and everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. However, fast forward a year. Traded in my car and now I am trying to get my refund on my ext smoothly and everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. However, fast forward a year. Traded in my car and now I am trying to get my refund on my extended warranty that I purchased. Mr. Briggs refuses to call or email me back. Horrible to deal with when the dealership owes ME money! And because of that, I will go elsewhere to purchase the $80,000 Kia EV9. They lost my business and all of the referrals that I would have sent them. I will keep fighting until I get my refund though. More
