I would like to take a moment to commend James Rice at the Rusty Wallis dealership on Shilo Rd. I was getting my car serviced there this morning and I overheard a conversation between James Rice and a cus the Rusty Wallis dealership on Shilo Rd. I was getting my car serviced there this morning and I overheard a conversation between James Rice and a customer. His appearance, manner and decorum were outstanding! He was attending to an elderly woman who just got her car serviced. I was impressed how he took the time to explain the significance of the inspection of her car, item by item, which all items needed little immediate attention, but he did advise her of a nail in the side of one of her of her new tires which she purchased elsewhere. He said the tire is filled and is not currently leaking and it should safely get her to the place where she purchased it as it would probably be under warranty. He said to tell them that if they have any questions regarding this tire, he would be available to help. When she was leaving, he opened all doors and helped her to her car. People like this should be rewarded for their extra efforts and the way in which they genuinely CARE for people. I hope this note finds its way to management and that JAMES RICE is reward and recognized accordingly. More

James Rice was wonderful. He went above and beyond regarding my maintenance plan and what was covered. He had to make a few phone calls to straighten things out but got it all He went above and beyond regarding my maintenance plan and what was covered. I don't think I will come back here for service anymore. I know bringing my pilot to dealership is going to be expensive but I didn't think the estimate would be so off. Estimate was going to be 2000 doll I know bringing my pilot to dealership is going to be expensive but I didn't think the estimate would be so off. Estimate was going to be 2000 dollars with some change and he said he could mark off 100 bucks because they have a discount on their website. I did ask to add in alignment which was 129.00, but when we got there the total was 2500 with some change. He said he took off about 150. Well 1. I didn't see it on discount line of the total section and I thought it would be 2200 tops with alignment added. I did see the caliper was 400s something instead of 300s like he discussed with me on the phone. It could be parts and labor was jacked up here and there. But anyway.....I think this is the last time. Last time driving a honda too. The dealer I trusted now have all new people in service department. It's not the first time I get quote and did service here. They used to be same or a bit less than they first quoted for me, not 15% higher. Discount was taken but not listed in the bill? Hmmmm. Yes all dealership service managers are nice and polite but at the end of the day what matters is the work and the bill. Yes they did fix the major issue but didn't do good on the bill's transparency. Also, this is the 2nd time I come in with service and they say my blinker and brake lights are dead but turn out they are fine when I pick up. And no they didn't work on those. More

Good workmanship, and easy to book an appointment. But they took a long time and the price was through the roof.
