The sales experience was great. There was no pressure to buy. I was allowed to test drive 3 different vehicles. The first vehicle I considered buying, they allowed me to drive ho There was no pressure to buy. I was allowed to test drive 3 different vehicles. The first vehicle I considered buying, they allowed me to drive home, but it was sold online; so they ordered me an identiical new one immediately. While I was waiting for the new one to come it, a different vehicle was delivered and I ended up buying that one. This vehicle had more features and cost more but I was well pleased with the deal. The finance team made it work with the second vehicle. More

My wife and I found the car we wanted at Crain Kia in Conway, Arkansas; we live in Colorado! From the first contact with Rusty, the entire sales transaction went smoothly.
