He asked for monthly payment numbers which were provided via e-mail within an hour of his talk with the online sales rep. We came into the dealership a day later and everything we were told was exactly what we expected - no surprises. We worked with Russ on the sale, Bob on the finance/warranty piece, and Michael helped us get set up and showed us how all the features of our new vehicle worked. It was the smoothest car purchase I've ever experienced and I would definitely recommend Elkins and everyone we worked with. Never felt pressured, and got all our questions answered - everything was straightforward and made simple for us. More

Very professional and not the usual "car salesman" feel. Sales rep was courteous and although he couldn't originally make the deal and had to get his manager involved, the manager was also respectful and courteous when explaining their pricing etc. When we went back to purchase the process took a little longer than we were expecting but again, the dealership in general was friendly and clean and they always offered water while waiting.
