When I contacted him about test driving and possibly purchasing an SS, he promised the process would be quick and Russell exceeded my expectations!!! I didn't even have a chance to sit when I got to Criswell; a quick copy of my driver's license and out for a test drive. By the time I got back, Russell had crunched the numbers, and I was able to walk out the door with an offer in hand — about 30 minutes after I FIRST arrived. I returned the next morning to pick up my new car and couldn’t be any happier! Russell, along with Abe and Greg, made this the most pain-frees auto purchase EVER! The SS is AMAZING, btw! More

He worked with GM and our trade-in to make sure we got the best deal. Not only that, but we did all of the communication via email as we were out of town.
