Russell Carter is the Best! I was in the market for a new 2019 Corvette. I contacted many dealerships inquiring about price and availability. Russell Carter of Criswell Chevrolet I was in the market for a new 2019 Corvette. I contacted many dealerships inquiring about price and availability. Russell Carter of Criswell Chevrolet was very responsive and quoted me an excellent no nonsense price right up front. Russell worked hard to make the deal work with my trade as well. At the end of the day his price was so good, I drove 3.5 hours from New Jersey to buy from him. Of course I had some concern that when I arrived there might be some hidden fee or cost, but there was not. Everything was exactly as Russell said and he even got me another $500 for my trade. I couldn't ask for anything more. I have purchased many new vehicles over the years and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. I can recommend Russell Carter to anyone in the market for a GM product especially a Corvette and he is worth the drive. You will not be disappointed. More

No games - Upfront - Communicative I started looking for a 2020 Suburban online the week leading up to Thanksgiving Holiday. I checked a few local dealerships and reached out to each of I started looking for a 2020 Suburban online the week leading up to Thanksgiving Holiday. I checked a few local dealerships and reached out to each of them to obtain additional information to narrow my search and options. Criswell - and Mr Carter - came through by being responsive, open to communicate by email and text, providing meaningful information - and with no undue pressure. I was happy to see a dealership that recognizes that in this age of digital communication and Internet, the ol’ pressure tactic of “you must come in before I give you any meaningful information” are over. Once I visited the dealership Mr Carter had already pulled up the vehicle that I had selected and had it ready for a test drive. I ended up buying a slightly different one on the same day. He was mindful of my time and when his Finance office was backed up offered lunch and gave us a time window to leave and to come back to sign the paperwork. More
