He had a 2021 Nissan sitting there that he showed me. Drove it and agreed to purchase with $17k down. Got home, contacted insurer to change cars, they immediately notified me car was recalled. Now I traded my broken old car for one with potential problems for a lot of money. I now owe around $15k. Russ said he couldn’t have known about recall. Contacted Nissan. Sent letter re: recall. They don’t even have the parts. Am I upset about all of this and the money it’s costing me to purchase this car? I’m 84 years old and feel I was taken advantage because of my age. More
