When she went for a test drive she agreed, he was knowledgeable and patient explaining the features of the vehicle. While we haven’t yet closed the deal I expect that we may. I appreciate that Russ kept me informed on the status of vehicles I looked at but didn’t constantly bombard me with texts. More
