They were both honest and very sincere with us. Russ helped us navigate the certified pre-owned car buying process and was the main reason we chose to purchase this beautiful car! Chad made it even easier by spending the time to explain our options and to get the best financing choice available that worked for us and not just the company! Russ Meyer was especially helpful and gracious in explaining the various new features on the 2018 Odyssey during our initial visit "exploring" the new model. Russ' follow-up contacts and assistance were appreciated as we finalized the purchase. We will definitely recommend him and the dealership to any friends and family who may be interested in purchasing a new Honda.
