Russ is the man! I originally went into Honda of Lincoln on December 15th in search of a 2018 Honda HRV. I test drove one and instantly fell in love. During pricing negotiations, however, we began to look at some of the leasing specials and options for a nice newer 2019 Honda HRV LX with all the bells and whistles. After establishing a price that matched my budget, with the help of Scott Sweeney, who was very approachable and intuitive in answering any questions I had, we decided on a black on black Honda HRV 2019. The car had yet to be delivered to the Honda of Lincoln location at this time, however, we were able to continue with the leasing deals prior to the vehicles delivery date. The vehicle was delivered on January 10, 2019. Russ Meyer worked with me for day 1, from test driving the 2018, researching leasing options, and communicating with me continuously until the vehicle arrived. He went above and beyond to make my experience of trading in my old car (2014 Honda Civic sedan) and leasing a 2019 Honda HRV an unforgettable and enjoyable experience. His friendliness and willingness to assist me in every aspect has made me excited to undoubtedly return to Honda in the future. Although, the wait for the vehicle to arrive was anxious, the outcome, and overall superb service on the part of Russ made it all worth it. I would without hesitation recommend Honda of Lincoln to anyone in search of great quality vehicles, and in doing so recommend asking for Russ Meyer when you walk through the door! More

Russ was so patient and very thoroughly explained everything on the cars, even before I was certain that I was going to buy. He was also helpful in giving me all the information that I needed to make the best financial decision for myself. Sometimes, as a woman shopping for a car, some salesmen can come across as condescending and make it an uncomfortable experience, but this was not the case at Honda of Lincoln. Russ was kind, respectful and patient. After being at the dealership for 3 hours Russ even said that I didn’t need to make the decision that day, which told me what I needed to know about him as a salesman. I feel like he is there to help the person at the other side of his desk, not meet some arbitrary bottom line. Best dealership in the area hands down! Just a year and a half ago I purchased my first ever new car, an Accord.
