Finally Found MY Ford F150 I've been looking for months. I've been to all the routine dealers here in Omaha and outlying areas. Everything I looked at was substandard. Then I I've been looking for months. I've been to all the routine dealers here in Omaha and outlying areas. Everything I looked at was substandard. Then I looked into Schrier Automotive. I shopped online and picked out three different units to look at and made the appointment. Russ Durkan had my first choice parked in the front lot waiting when I got there. Hands down the nicest truck I'd seen in my search. We took it for a cruise and it was everything I was looking for. I was pretty much sold at that point already but Russ suggested I look at all my options. We went out to the lot and I was amazed to see both of the other trucks I was interested in were just as nice as the first. I'd not seen this many vehicles in outstanding condition on any lot previously. I took another for a drive and it made the decision even harder. Russ and I sat down and discussed my trade in and we pretty much settled on a value in less than 10 mintues. I wanted to kick it around for a while and Russ said 'no problem...give it some thought and get back to me whenever you decide'. WHAT? NO PRESSURE? Again, I was amazed. A couple days later I pulled the trigger on my beautiful 2017 F150 and got the paperwork started. I was financing with my own agents who due to COVID-19 were working from home (Washington DC) and their processes were all new so it took quite a bit of coordination between them and Schrier including multiple 'do overs' on the paperwork to get it done. Russ and Chuck were extremely patient dealing with my agent (and me) during this time and we got the deal done. Between the first visit and my time there today finalizing the deal I don't believe I've spent more than an hour in the store. They have outstanding quality vehicles, know their business and apply no pressure at all in the sales process. It was a pleasant surprise.....but then it got better. Russ informed me that ALL vehicles sold with under 100K miles comes with a LIFETIME WARRANTY on the drivetrain to include engine, transmission and driveline.......I don't have to worry about any costly driveline repairs.....as long as I own the vehicle. I will most definitely be refering all my friends and family to Russ, Chuck and the folks there at Schrier Automotive........ More

That dealership didn't follow through with the accessories they promised me but the guys at Schrier stepped up and made it right! It even cost them about $300-400 to do so. They will get my business in the future. More
