We are from Connecticut and have checked different dealerships from the northeast area to no avail. Driving to Virginia for an unrelated reason, we decided to explore other dealerships. We had stopped at a couple dealerships who wanted to push trucks that were not what we were looking for. I gave a simple list of three must haves. We were driving through Warrenton, and would be there in less than 45 minutes. I got on the mobile chat and asked if they had any low mileage used trucks 2500. Russ responded immediately that they did. We drove in looked at a couple and found immediately one that fit the three top requirements and even better than we hoped for. He showed us one that was not even on the lot that just came in on trade and it was perfect. We needed a little time to think and asked if there was a good place to eat and what hotel Russ could recommend. He did which is going out and beyond. After we got back to Connecticut and comparing more trucks we called Russ back and told him to write up the sale. Luke worked up the numbers and in less than one week we made another trip down to pick up the truck. We are thoroughly happy with our experience with Country Chevrolet and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. It's worth the trip! More

Bought a used car for my daughter. They made the process so easy. They even detailed the car, replaced the rear brakes, changed the oil, and gave it 4 new tires. They sold us a lemon. We purchased a 2017 Subaru WRX for our son last summer. Before the loan was even funded the clutch went out. A few months later the transmission had to be replaced and now (after ownin our son last summer. Before the loan was even funded the clutch went out. A few months later the transmission had to be replaced and now (after owning the car only 9 months) the engine has to be replaced. We bought the car with 58k miles on it. We sent a letter regarding this costly and surprising trifecta of issues in a 9 month timespan and the owner sent back a reply telling us that we should have “googled” all of these possible issues before buying the car. He didn’t even take the time to look at the model we purchased before lecturing us as parents about why we should never have bought the car for our son and then refused to do anything about the issues. His response is about the STI model - which we didn’t purchase - and he blames our son for the issues. The clutch went ONCE not twice. Another example of failing to pay attention to the details in his rush to blame my son. I’m literally shocked at the condescending, uninformed and belligerent response we received. See photos below. Save yourself a lot of heartache and buy from a dealership who cares about their customers and sells quality used cars. We made a $10,000 (in repairs) mistake buying there. Lesson learned. More

Russ ran my credit on a 2019 corvette and I had an appointment to go look at it the following day and they sold the car without telling me.
