While on phone with finance (Jake) to finalize paperwork (no financing just contract), Jake placed me on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up, called back and spoke with Jake who informed me that they had just sold the truck and hung up. Salesman would not answer phone and sent me a text that said 'sorry...truck sold'. When I called back again the receptionist hung up on me. Most unprofessional dealership I have ever dealt with in 20 years. Buyer Beware... More
