He was kind, patient, a pleasure to talk to, and was helpful throughout the entire car buying process. I would recommend, and will recommend, to anyone to go visit Rudy next time they need to purchase a car. If I could have given higher than a 5-star rating, I would have! Thanks for all the help Rudy, and for making my first car purchase an absolute pleasure! More

What a great salesperson, service team and dealership!!! Nate Klemp the service advisor was on the job. The vehicle that we purchased, new, needed some new headlamps. Nate ordered them and within two days, the new lamps were installed! Talk about service!!! Fergus Kelly and Scott Wright both sales managers were on hand at all times and made my husband and I feel very at home. The dealership is very clean and well appointed and all of the staff are super easy to work with. Laura Batten the finance manager walked us through the paperwork in a very professional way that was actually fun! That's got to be a first!! More

Rudy listened to our needs/wants and provided positive feed back on all possible options. Scott got us to where we needed to be price wise and helped us get in and out relatively quickly. Our finance guy, Gary, was great as well. Overall, we had a very positive experience and will certainly suggest Parks Hyundai to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More

Overall a good experience I believe I got a fair price on the car, but felt overly pushed by the Finance manager to buy the surface care and insurance coverage options. I also felt kind of rushed through the paperwork, like I was wasting their time if I wanted to actually read through the contracts I was signing. More
