He was very helpful, but was on vacation when I came back to purchase a car. I worked with Ruby when I came back and she was polite, professional, and knowledgable when answering all of my questions. The transition was smooth and the whole process was easy, which made it that much more exciting considering this was my first car purchase. I'm so excited to drive my new Hardtop and will definitely recommend Ruby and this dealership to anyone looking for a MINI. More

She kept us posted regularly and tried to identify the best possible time to schedule our visit to the dealership. When we went to the dealership she was able to get us a great price for the trade-in as well as for the car. Also Jeff Stone in the finance department was a pleasure to work with and has a great sense of humor. Ruby was very patient while demonstrating the different features of the car. She is both nice and professional. I was looking for an Ice Blue Mini Cooper, and since they don't make the specific color anymore, I searched everywhere for a used car without too many miles on it. I live in Cleveland, and the closest one I could find was in Detroit. I ended up buying my car from Prestige Mini without seeing it in person, and it is perfect! Everything went smoothly despite of the long distance purchase, and I am so happy with my new car. I couldn't have asked for more, and Ruby was by far the friendliest salesperson I talked to during my hunt for the perfect car. More
