Stay away from Kia of St. Charles IL I purchased a brand new 2026 K5 from this dealer three months ago and immediately noticed they damaged the car in multiple areas after Charles IL I purchased a brand new 2026 K5 from this dealer three months ago and immediately noticed they damaged the car in multiple areas after a service appointment I had. They took over 30 days to repair and repaint my side mirror from a faulty carwash, repaint the hood due to paint etching from bird poop they never cleaned off, replace door trim due to the mechanic gouging the plastic with his fingernail, replace the mirror motor they broke when repairing the mirror paint, and replace the taillight bar due to deep scratches from their PDI delivery. They finally made the repairs to everything but now they’re fighting me on the taillight even though they told me it was probably their fault because it’s too expensive to replace. According to them, it’s too costly to do the right thing so they’re not going to do anything at all. They’ll gladly sell me another car if I’m not happy with mine, but when it comes to fixing their incompetence and mistakes, they’re not going to even pretend to help. So let this be a warning if you buy a car from them that they’re going to damage it and tell you too bad because doing anything correctly will result in them losing money. They want you to lose your money on their mistake. Kia of St. Charles is the absolute worst place to buy a car. Stay far away. More
