The usual emotionally charged car purchase process was replaced by all kinds of objective data found on the internet that we and Roy/James referenced in our discussions. Thankfully missing was the sales team advising that they would "have to talk to the general manager" to see if a proposed offer was acceptable. We had been looking at cars off and on for a couple of years, so we already knew we liked the Honda CRV. We just weren’t crazy about the redesign in 2017, so we were looking for a good used 2016. Curry Honda seemed to have the biggest selection. My husband called ahead and spoke with Roy Neal. The next day Roy had our top three choices lined up and ready for us to look at. Roy was a joy to work with, and helped us close the deal that day! I would definitely recommend the dealership, but most especially, Roy. Though I do have to mention their finance guy, Adon Haas, he was also great. So maybe everyone at Curry Honda is a pleasure to work with. More

Bought a car UNEXPECTEDLY! My 2008 Honda Fit was a wonderful car! NEVER the first problem.... until I went for emission inspection this year. Apparently there was no "juice" so My 2008 Honda Fit was a wonderful car! NEVER the first problem.... until I went for emission inspection this year. Apparently there was no "juice" so I went to Curry Honda. Josef Fraser was my service adviser. The news was not good. The repair could not be made at the receptacle and my car needed a new wiring hanger. $3K at the holidays is NOT a good expenditure. Josef was very sympathetic and tried his best to explain the situation. Very calm, attempting to instruct and explain how my car works under the hood. I chose to have the work done. BUT, the very next week my fuel coils (forgive my lack of car knowledge and terms) were not working properly. Another Thousand? We discussed my car worth and the expenditures and the fact that things were finally starting to show their age. Again, very calming and instructive. I was then walked over to discuss possibilities with Roy Neal, Sales Specialist. This man is very engaging and knowledgeable. He asked a few questions, sympathetically listened to my plight, then produced the car I would fall in love with! He did everything he could to reassure me, knowing that my expenditures were painful but worth it. I have now broken up with my previous car mechanics and will be coming to Curry Honda for my needs and any questions I may have. They are a great crew and really take the time to answer questions and make sure you are getting the best for what you need. Shout out to Chuck Hayden, Finance Manager, who showed me options for potential extended warranties as well as payment plans. More

I had gone in the week before with a friend to test drive and Roy spent a lot of time showing us features, explaining the differences between the models, and answering all of our questions. He knew he wasn't going to make a sale that day, but he took us seriously and treated us with respect, things that we unfortunately didn't experience at other dealerships that day. When it came time to buy, Roy offered us a fair price, helped set up some of the wireless features, and followed up to make sure we didn't have any questions. I very much appreciated his kindness and integrity, and so did my friend who ended up buying a car from him the next week. More
