This was the case for me, but luckily I got Rosie. She is professional, knowledgeable, patient, attentive & so sweet. She made this process so easy & believe it or not, fun! I actually found myself starting to get excited to buy a new car which was something I wasn't planning on doing for a long while. She helped me nail down my dream car I didn't even know I wanted! The whole experience from beginning to end was more amazing than I could have imagined & it's all thanks to Rosie. She really made the experience so enjoyable. Shout out to Mike Ball & David Gonzalez who were the managers as well as Reza Etemad who was the Finance Manager, they were all also a pleasure to work with alongside Rosie. I've been in my new car for a few months now & no joke, I get so excited when I walk to my car in the morning for work. I look like that heart eye emoji as I walk towards it & think, "I can't believe this is my car!" I have contacted Rosie a few times since to ask questions & she is so on top of it responding the same day.
