Bad customer service I'm a u,s veteran and suffer from sever PTSD and take 7 depocot a day to keep me normal it makes me a little slow so when I went in at 600 PM I was ti I'm a u,s veteran and suffer from sever PTSD and take 7 depocot a day to keep me normal it makes me a little slow so when I went in at 600 PM I was tired I was dealing with 1 salesmen and had another on continuous interrupt our conversation I asked him to stop and I was told I'm a drunk no I don't drink but the medication I'm on may make you think it he got pretty nasty with me and I had to let him know I'm a disabled vet and I'm not going to deal with this I wanted to just get out of there and go to another dealer but a employee Roscoe stopped me and told me don't worry about them he'll take care of me and he did and I ended up getting my car but thy he rest of the staff has no customer service experience at all More

Kam, sales representative said "We can make that deal". A few days later my wife and I show up to Showcase Honda and we were pleasantly greeted with kindness and great hospitality. We did not feel hustled, rushed, or blown off. We got to meet all the staff including, but not limited to Roscoe, Numbers, Luis, badass ponytail athlete/manager, and Gilbert, finance, ALL OF WHICH WERE AMAZING. But most importantly, Kam, sales woman- simply put was just fantastic!!! If you guys want a easy going, relaxed, and pleasant experience, which I know is not very common when buying a vehicle, I HIGHLY SUGGUEST THIS DEALERSHIP. HIGHLIGHTS: GAVE ME A HUGE DEAL!
