Exceptional customer service and amazing patience! I had gone to approximately 7 different dealerships over several months considering my options and trying to find the best value and car for my family I had gone to approximately 7 different dealerships over several months considering my options and trying to find the best value and car for my family. I finally found that at Honda of Tenafly. AnnaMarie was my sales consultant and she had amazing patience with me related to my endless questions in my quest to find the best option and value for my budget. She was one of the most knowledgeable sales people I have ever encountered. She knew nearly every answer to my questions about the three (3) different vehicles I test drove, and if she didn't know the answer she quickly found it as soon as we returned to the dealership. She was beyond efficient, even on a night when the dealership was packed with customers. She truly went above and beyond to help me consider all my options and be comfortable with my decision. Rodney, likewise, took the time to listen and did his utmost to come to a number that worked for our family's budget and allowed me the time to think about it and not feel pressured into making an impulsive decision which many car buyers often regret. Finally, a special thanks to Ronnie in the finance department who was also patient. He explained and took the time to answer all of our questions and allowed us to consider our best options.
