This was a deal breaker for us but Ronnie and the dealership worked with us honestly and openly and we decided to purchase a new vehicle from them. We were grateful Ronnie pointed out the overlooked detail despite knowing it would most likely cost the sale. We would highly recommend the team at Trent.
