My decision to upgrade from my 2017 Enclave was a tough one. I loved that car. Visiting area dealerships I encountered wonderful sales people and I have good friends at some of them. When I arrived on the one. I loved that car. Visiting area dealerships I encountered wonderful sales people and I have good friends at some of them. When I arrived on the Trent lot I was immediately greeted by Ronnie Brinson. He listened carefully to my needs and quickly identified vehicles thst might fit my requirements. During my test drives he was a fountain of information with a terrific dash of good humor. I left my first visit with a better idea of cars that had potential. On my second visit with Ronnie I tested out some cars that were new but for a variety of reasons none were a fit. Ronnie was so patient with my indecision and desire to continue looking. My third visit was a winner. Ronnie showed me a gorgeous used Enclave Avenir with low mileage that fit all my criteria. He reviewed the vehicle features, set up the digital dashboard for my needs and explained my financing options. I drove away secure in my decision and thankful for Ronnie's professionalism, patience, sense of humor and caring guidance. I give Ronnie and the Trent staff the highest recommendation for customer service. More
