Exhausting experience, make sure you keep an on eye on the agreed upon price as it may change without you noticing. I had that happen three times and I had to keep them honest. When you get to the finance department LOOK AT THE NUMBERS. Luckily I was able to catch it once more and it was fixed on the spot. Also, we agreed on a full tank of gas- received 3/4. The price I was told over the phone including taxes- was not the price when I got there even though I was told three times that it was. This is from the initial purchase; since then I have been back to pick up the license plate and to fix a part that came scratched and those were really unpleasant experiences as well. Now that I no longer need to go back, I will take my business elsewhere. More
