Everyone was very nice. It seemed to take an unusual amount of time for the car to arrive to the dealership. It was 3 weeks from the time we started to the time it arrived. Had a good experience love the van, great price seem to be a problem with paying cash though, dealer policy is finance only but they did give me the cash deal when I decided to not finance.
