He is everything I would want in a sales person. Mark was patient and knowledgable and not at all high pressure. We had lots of questions to determine what exactly we wanted in our new car. We test drove a couple of different models. Mark presented us with all the various options. We ended up with a new Honda CRV EXL. Mark spent all the time needed to go over features of the car and even helped us set up the apple CarPlay with my phone and helped set up my preferences for door auto lock. We also worked with Ron to set up our financing and extended warranty options. He was also patient and it was apparent he really enjoyed working with people. Thank you Fisher Honda and Mark and Ron for making our car buying experience such an enjoyable one. More

I recently came to Fisher to purchase a used car, and I was a bit nervous as this was my first car purchase. I had found a specific car online I was interested in, and when I came in for my appointment at was a bit nervous as this was my first car purchase. I had found a specific car online I was interested in, and when I came in for my appointment at 9, DJ welcomed me in and had the car already running and warmed up! He set great expectations every step of the way, and was honest and clear with me. While we spent some time waiting he was great to chat with and so friendly! His customer service skills are phenomenal, and it’s so wonderful to meet a salesman who cares about their customer. I would highly recommend anyone to see DJ for their next purchase. When we went to meet Ron, he was quite friendly at first, until I told him I was not interested in purchasing a service contract. He pressured me about why I would not purchase one, as if I was stupid for not doing so. I found it extremely unprofessional and inappropriate for him to try pressure me into it, and then shame me for declining. I am a salesman as well, and it was very disappointing that he felt that he needs to sacrifice integrity and customer experience in order to try to make a sale on the service contract. A no is a no, and shaming your customers just makes them feel like a dollar sign. I certainly felt that way to Ron. Overall, I had a good experience and DJ was amazing! But be weary of Ron. More
