I test drove the car with Justin a few months ago, and wound up leasing with Ron Landstrom. Justin was very thorough in his explanation of the car and all of its features and did not push me to make any decisions. When I went back I was connected with Ron who was also amazing! He listened to all my concerns and really seemed to care about me as a customer. He & Lindsay, the sales manager, worked very hard to help me get out of my old infiniti lease and into a Volvo at a price I was comfortable with. Finally, Pat made the financing process quick and painless, and did not try to upsell me as hard as previous dealerships have which was appreciated. I will definitely be getting future Volvos from Prestige and will highly recommend them to all friends and family! More

He did a great job showing the car and providing details remotely, and even did a facetime walkaroud of the car so I could see it before travelling to the dealership. Ron was refreshingly straightforward, trustworthy, and helpful. I did not once feel pressured or misled, and the communication was great. Ultimately the car did not have the particular dynamic suspension package I was looking for, and had to refocus my search. However, I can't say enought about how professional Ron was to work with, and would have been more than happy to buy a car from him. If you are looking for a car in this area or online, I would highly recommend this Ron and this dealership. More
