I was very impressed with our experience with #1 Cochran Kia. It was the easiest car buying experience ever. It took less time for us to buy our Kia (with financing) than it did for us to buy our last car Kia. It was the easiest car buying experience ever. The total time from pulling into the lot to take the Soul for a test drive, to us signing the papers was less than 2 hours. Our salesman Ron Gardner was very helpful, informative and friendly. The descriptions of their inventory/pricing on their web site was spot on, which typically is NEVER the case. The facilities were spotless and comfortable. To be greeted at the door by the GM Rob was a great step in making you feel appreciated. Ron Gardner was the BEST sales person we have ever dealt with. His low pressure, informative presentation didn't make us feel like running, screaming out of the lot after 10 minutes. This dealership has gained 2 new lifelong customers!!! More
