His depth of knowledge repeatedly came out in various ways that benefitted me. First off, when nothing on the lot was what I was looking for, Ron was familiar with the inventory in progress that was being prepared for the lot. He quickly suggested showing me the Silverado that I eventually bought. Seeing the truck in the Vans recon department and being able to speak with the tech working on it was, in my opinion, the best way to buy a used vehicle.
