Seriously, he made this a very different kind of experience than one normally finds. He was knowledgeable, professional at all times, funny, warm, kind, has great energy and clearly loves the product he's selling and incredibly attentive. I've never had any car salesman give me their cell let alone every time I've called even after I purchased the car he's pickup on on the first two rings. I bought my first Mercedes back in the 90's and it literally saved my life in a horrific car accident. For a variety of reasons I went to a BMW X5 for number of years and it was a positive experience but not the same level at all of sales and professionalism Ron showed my husband and I. We really appreciated how he listened to us and exactly what we were specifically looking for. He was open to sharing all of the new technology but never pushed anything on us. It was such a smooth and seamless process and I cannot thank Ron enough and give him a higher rating. Initially, WE decided maybe it was not the most opportune time for me to purchase a new vehicle and there was absolutely no pressure from Ron. For this reason, when I felt the time was right, I reached back out to him. It was my first time leasing a vehicle; however, he and Sandra Snyder (in Finance) handled me with kitten gloves... even with it being late in the evening and I was their last client, I never felt rushed. They answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I was well informed to make the best financial decisions.
