This was a lowly SHREWD business tactic from a high-end dealer with a salesman who's profile states: "I have been in the car business for more than 25 years and am a real honest to god, car guy!! I enjoy helping clients choose the right car." Don't do business with this dealer! Spoke with Euro President who apologized - but REFUSED to take responsibility.
