He was very patient and understanding, which made purchasing our new vehicle a seamless process. Moreover, he brought both vehicles we were contemplating buying, out front so that we could visualize the features on each and make a comprehensive decision. Additionally, when negotiating the price of the vehicle of our choice, he took his time in computing all the numbers to ensure that every discount we were eligible for was applied. We truly appreciated his professional and kind demeanor and would recommend him to others looking to buy a BMW! More

I felt confident about my purchase and I got a pretty straightforward deal. Ron was excellent, I am grateful he helped me purchase my first car. Andrew was very helpful, he gave me such good advice about the additional ad ons needed for my vehicle. He was efficient but over all thorough. He gave me tags and registration which I thought was a bonus. Andrew made my financing experience very easy and straightforward. I felt through the entire experience that Ron and Andrew were my advocates. I did not feel thy were just trying to make a sale. More

Not a pushy guy like you find at most dealers, took the time to do the test drive, brutally honest about everything and most of all he helped me fight to get the best price for the car and the most for my trade. I really appreciate all the time he took with me and will definitely refer Ron to others for your next car purchase. He had this touch of humanity - all the way in the process, it makes this flat world a little softer! More
