The sales person Ron was great, but everything else with my experience was very disappointing. It started with taking 8 month to receive the truck. McMullens really tried to screw me on my trade-in. And my experience was very disappointing. It started with taking 8 month to receive the truck. McMullens really tried to screw me on my trade-in. And after I wouldn't let them they just really stopped even trying to service me couldn't even get the mud flaps put on right. I just spent $100,000 on a new truck and they couldn't even give me a promotional firepit they were giving away. I have used them one other time and was great but after this I doubt I will ever buy a vehicle there again. More
