Recently, we were involved in an accident with our Lexus. Unfortunately, the car was written off. Romeo was there for us, expressing concern, providing advice, and attending to our immediate needs. Four days Unfortunately, the car was written off. Romeo was there for us, expressing concern, providing advice, and attending to our immediate needs. Four days later, our other older Lexus had an unexpected starter malfunction. Again, Romeo rose to the occasion, meeting the tow truck driver, analyzing the issue and providing us with affordable advice on repairs. In addition, he was able to get the vehicle back to us in less than a day knowing we were down to this one vehicle. He is an exemplary Service Manager, who we trust on all issues. More

My sales person was Lisa Ali and she was very instrumental in my choice to purchase a Lexus.
