Roger joined the Heiser Family in January 1997 and has risen to become the seasoned veteran of our team. Since the beginning, Roger has consistently received high marks from satisfied sales customers. Perhaps his success is drawn from his strong values. Roger’s mission is to treat every customer with the utmost respect, providing the tools they need to make the right decision within the time they need. In many ways, he’s become the “go-to-guy” among our salespeople. Roger’s customers and colleagues often comment on his strong work ethic. He wants everyone he encounters to feel at ease around him. So, Roger makes sure he communicates clearly to build confidence in the job he is doing. As a result, he creates a relaxed environment in which to work and shop. Roger also has an active life outside of the Heiser Toyota sales department. He loves the outdoors and spends his free time fishing & snowmobiling. An exceptional sales person. He noticed that I had several years of licensed plate renewal stickers on my plates. He said the the buyer is paying for the service with the purchase of a new car. He takes the time each year to send birthday wishes. Roger is simply a very nice sales person unlike most in the car business. More

There was SOME of the usual gamesmanship that goes into car purchases going on, but one of the things I like about Heiser is that they keep it to a minimum. That's why we chose them in the first case...unl car purchases going on, but one of the things I like about Heiser is that they keep it to a minimum. That's why we chose them in the first case...unlike other dealers, they gave us an out-the-door price via messages first. Once we got there, they bargained in good faith and we got a negotiated price that left us entirely happy. We're the kind of people who treat car-buying the same way we treat getting a colonoscopy...but I have no doubt Heiser will be our first choice the next time we're car buying. Which will admittedly not happen until we drive this lovely blue Corolla into the ground. More
