Roger went out and found an LE model at another dealer and brought it in for us. He not only matched a competitors online price but did a little better. We also had a Sienna that the lease was up and it was over mileage. He worked with management to buy out the lease, so we did not have to pay for being over in mileage. The process was quick and easy. We signed and agreement for the vehicle, left a down payment and set a pick up date for 5 days later. When we came in the Highlander was pulled up, Roger gave us a tour of all the different items the car had and even helped us our phones set up. While we went in to sign all the paperwork, Roger transferred the plates and we were ready to go once all the paperwork was signed. Quick and easy, unlike the 5 hours it took when we bought our F150. I have done a number of car deals at other dealers in the past and what I appreciated th This is my second car at Heiser (first time was also great). I have done a number of car deals at other dealers in the past and what I appreciated the most working with Heiser is they gave me no pressure to buy anything more than I asked for. I went in and met Rodger, gave me a test drive and asked if I had any questions but knew I was on a time crunch that night to get home and didn't pester me with anything more than I needed to know and emailed me a price that night. During the deal, if I said I wasn't interested in a service or option, I wasn't asked a second time or given a guilt trip for not doing it. They did a good job of trying to educate me as the buyer to what services they were offering though without being pushy about it. Overall A+ for just being easy to work with and respecting my decisions! Also, I find their service department to be the same which is refreshing. More
