Roger joined the Heiser Family in January 1997 and has risen to become the seasoned veteran of our team. Since the beginning, Roger has consistently received high marks from satisfied sales customers. Perhaps his success is drawn from his strong values. Roger’s mission is to treat every customer with the utmost respect, providing the tools they need to make the right decision within the time they need. In many ways, he’s become the “go-to-guy” among our salespeople. Roger’s customers and colleagues often comment on his strong work ethic. He wants everyone he encounters to feel at ease around him. So, Roger makes sure he communicates clearly to build confidence in the job he is doing. As a result, he creates a relaxed environment in which to work and shop. Roger also has an active life outside of the Heiser Toyota sales department. He loves the outdoors and spends his free time fishing & snowmobiling. Toyota Sienna I had a great experience. Trevor knew I was doing my homework and shopping for the best deal and everyone at Heiser did what was necessary to eventua I had a great experience. Trevor knew I was doing my homework and shopping for the best deal and everyone at Heiser did what was necessary to eventually become my best deal. Several other dealerships seemed to get turned off when they figured out I was shopping around for the best deal - Heiser didn’t seem to hold it against me. Even when we got hung up on my trade-in, they kept their word and agreed to my asking price; all while never turning the conversation negative. I’m sure a lot of shoppers say they’re “serious buyers” when in reality they’re just kicking the tires, but Heiser always treated me as if they believed I truly would be buying a new van in a matter of days (which eventually turned out to be true, obviously). That benefit of the doubt was actually pretty rare in my search, and ultimately is a main reason why I gave Heiser every opportunity to be my best price, as they eventually were. Thanks! Brent MacDonald P.S. Roger was awesome, as well. Sometimes the “kill them with kindness” technique can come across a little fake, but Roger seemed very sincere and is an all-around great sales consultant and nice guy. More

Everything about this dealership is top notch Always courteous, never had to go back because something wasn’t right....they also thoroughly check over the car, even if you just have an oil change.
