I love Murray's Honda, oops, sorry Spitzer Honda Dubois! John Stine takes good care of me and my 2009 CRV. I always keep my cars until they fall apart and I know the importance of keeping up on the maintenance. Just recently I called with a question about my CRV. The wrench light came on and I was worried I wouldn't be able to add it onto my inspection service appointment. John Stine reassured me that he could add it on to the already existing appointment. John always goes the extra mile to reassure me that I'm ok to drive my car with that wrench light on until I can come in for service. My husband has a Honda Passport from Murray's, oops, sorry again, Spitzer Honda Dubois also. He has had two other Hondas from here. When it comes time for my CRV to not be reliable anymore, I will not hesitate to buy a new one from Spitzer Honda Dubois. It is not so much the sales dept that will bring me back. It will be John Stine and the service department who will bring me back. Because I feel safe driving my car after I get service. That means a lot to me! More
