Rodney, however, was just a straight shooter from minute 1. He never tried to upset me and actually advised me into getting the gas only model of the camry instead of the hybrid because of the kind of nonstop highway miles I was driving. He explained that I wouldn't get the benefit of the hybrid without breaking to recharge the battery and that the hybrid was better for city drivers. It made sense and lines up with the science I've read and my understanding of the design principles and how the hybrid is supposed to work to give you increased efficiency. He listened, showed us what we asked for, used his knowledge to make a superior recommendation that was cheaper for me and accomplished my goals. This is the definition of stellar sales and i can say for sure that I'm going to come back to patt lobb when I shop for my next car because I know Rodney will give me more straight talk and make the buying process as positive as it can be.
