There was a misunderstanding with the interest rate and the team did everything they could to be sure I was happy with the payment, terms, and interest rate so that I could leave with a new vehicle knowing I got a good deal and was listened to. I appreciate everyone that I came into contact with and their willingness to work with me and listen to my needs and concerns. More

Rodney Bradley met me as I walked up to the showroom and he took tremendous care of me until I left the showroom with my new pick up. His approach was practical, detailed and to the point. He did not try to rush or push me through the deal and that was important to me. He was consultative and knowledgeable and I felt like I got a very fair deal. I also felt like the service team did a great job making the paperwork process go very smoothly. Overall, these folks are really good at what they do and that was very evident to me. I would highly encourage and recommend that anyone who is interested in a Toyota to go see Rodney and the quality folks over at Patt Lobb Toyota of McKinney. More
