Pleasing automobile purchase experience This dealership in cooperation with Rocky Deleon and Joe Shows has finally provided to my wife and I an enjoyable experience in selecting and purchasi This dealership in cooperation with Rocky Deleon and Joe Shows has finally provided to my wife and I an enjoyable experience in selecting and purchasing a new automobile. This is the first time in more than 50 years that we can say this. No "vultures on the fence", no "its today or the price changes" approach. Just people treating people with dignity and respect and a dealership showing that it truly is looking to make you feel like family. The dealership is invested in not only the employees but the customer whether that customer buys or not, they provide all the information and the experience for the customer to make an educated decision on their automobile investment. Purchase of a new Hyundai Santa Fe. Was happy with Rocky DeLeon but not with Pete Palys. Seemed nice day of purchase but not so the day we returned about the check.
