My experience with Gateway started out a bit rocky but they did everything in their power to make it correct. César was great to work with, so was the service department. Rochelle, Luke, Stormy all helped they did everything in their power to make it correct. César was great to work with, so was the service department. Rochelle, Luke, Stormy all helped us through a bad situation at a bad time. Needing a new car is a hard choice when options are limited in this odd environment we are in.
