However, when I got to Allen Turner Hyundai Robin was quick to greet me. She found me exactly the car I wanted to test drive, and we were on our way. Robi was very knowledgeable about the car and during our test drive was able to answer every question I had, and even mentioned some features I wasn't aware the car had. Over all it was a fantastic experience from test drive, to driving my new Sonata off the lot. Thank you to Allen Turner Hyundai and a big thank you to Robin Wolff. More

I had been in a car accident and needed a car quickly. The dealership loaned me a car as my new car had just arrived to the lot and was not quite ready. They realized the importance of a larger car with hauling capacity and bent over backwards to deliver to my current location, a car large enough to help me continue in my daily dealings with my business until my brand new car was ready. I was thrilled that Robin was willing to help me out in a time crunch and she actually drove my new car to my residence, Once delivered she walked me through all the 'bells and whistles' including pairing my phone to my new car, I highly recommend Allen Turner Hyundai and Robin Wolff when looking to purchase a new or used car (our family has done both through Allen Turner Hyundai). I wanted to look at the Kona I visited Allen Turner Hyundai of Pensacola to get a fit, feel, and view of the new Kona in person vice on-line reviews. I wanted to look at the Kona because Hyundai adds features like AWD and other safety and driver features that Toyota, Mazda, and Honda do not offer in this class. I was promptly and courteously met by Robin where, after explaining why I stopped by, showed me the Kona. We looked at a Kona in the showroom and discussed the features of the car. There are several reviews out there where people dislike the look of the Kona, but I did not mind the look of the car at all. The fit and the feel inside the car was not bad, but the leg bolsters on the cloth version driver seat are slightly tall and stiff for my preference. The front seat fit (width of seat) is incredible better in the Kona vice the CX3, where the CX3 allowed for little lateral positioning. This would be cause for a very painful long distant drive or commute for me. Robin showed me all the features around the car and the Kona’s layout, which I liked. We then looked at the Ultimate version. For me the fit in the front seat was much better due to the flexibility in the leather seating. I was concerned with the room in the back seat for a car seat, so Robin let me place the car seat in the Kona. There is plenty of room for the car seat, but the child’s feet/legs are close enough to kick the front seats. The seat restraints are easy to access. The car seat will cause the Kona to be a 4 person car, just due to sizing. While at Robin’s desk she brought me a Kona brochure and discussed the car in a little more depth. She also showed me the phone app (Android and Apple) for the car. The app has a simple layout, nice features, and capabilities. Robin, was very helpful even knowing that I was not from the area and would not be purchasing a car. If I were to purchase this car I would go back a discuss this with Robin. More
