She had no problem going down the street with me to show me the vehicle and allow me to test drive it. She did everything possible to be efficient and though it always takes time to buy a vehicle, she made the experience enjoyable. After I purchased the car, she went above and beyond - following me home with the car so that I could get both my new car and the car I drove to the dealership home. She is genuine and straightforward. Kevin was quick and efficient with the paperwork and for the first time ever (and I've bought numerous cars through the years), took my very first "no thank you" in response to his inquiry regarding my interest in extended warranties. When we were ready this past January to start thinking about replacing my 11 y/o van, we started with Robin. Her knowledge of the vehicles, and listening to what I wanted, was very impressive!! When I decided on the model I wanted, I told her it would be several months until we were ready to make the purchase. Also told her my color requirements. She texted me monthly offering to get just what I wanted. Finally, she texted that the exact car was on the lot. She worked diligently to help us take this car home that day.
