Wasted my time I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation set up for 11:30am. I still ended up waiting for 1 hour and 40 minutes! When I brought my car I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation set up for 11:30am. I still ended up waiting for 1 hour and 40 minutes! When I brought my car in I had asked them to check my transmission fluid, as I was told that GM recommends a transmission flush and fill between 50,000-60,000 miles. I have just over 52,000 miles on my vehicle. After 1 hour and 30 minutes of waiting a mechanic came in and told me they had checked my transmission fluid and it was “really dirty”. I told him I would check into it later. Once I got home I checked the transmission fluid myself and it was not dirty at all! I feel like my time was wasted, as I waited an excessive amount of time for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I can get these services done elsewhere for cheaper, and a xxxx of a lot quicker! I’ll be shopping around next time my car needs service! I’m not sure if I can trust Luther anymore. The only good thing about this experience was that my advisor, Robin, always has great customer service. More
