Had an 8 am appointment. They must have not started working on my car until the afternoon because it took them until 5 pm to diagnose my car with something a kid at autozone They must have not started working on my car until the afternoon because it took them until 5 pm to diagnose my car with something a kid at autozone diagnosed in 5 minutes that I left them a note about. Because of that, they had to keep the car an extra day and offered no loaner car, money for an uber, or compensation for renting a car, even though I told them 3 weeks in advance I would need a loaner car if they kept it an extra day. Also charged too much for service. I would avoid this place at all costs. You’ll get better service literally anywhere else. More
