Helpful, charismatic, knowledgable, and not too pushy. We did some scoping beforehand for the car we wanted, and ended up waiting a good two weeks to finalize a car loan. We messaged Mike beforehand and scheduled a time to come in on the Saturday. It was the typical buying experience with a bunch of signing and confirmation, but we got out of there in less than 3 hours (with test-driving it one final time). Roberto finalized our sale, and he spared no detail for the agreements. We would definitely recommend Roberto or Mike, as they are two salesmen who know what they're doing!
