Rob provided my best car bying experience ever. This is my sixth new car and I have never felt that I was allowed to buy the car of my choosing without having the dealer "push" his car. Rob's after purchase follow was exceptional, he called to ensure that I was satisfied and to answer any questions I had about my Lexus ES350. I recommend Rob Williams to anyone who wants to enjoy the buying experience as much as they will the driving experience of a Lexus. More

I decided to visit Herb Chambers Lexus after I had seen a GS350 I liked on thier web site. Upon arrival I was informed the car I had come to look at was sold the previous day. This was my own fault due to the fact I did not call ahead to inquire about the car. I was not really in need of a new car but I thought about buying one in the fall so I decided I would just return home. At this point "my salesman" Rob Williams asked me if I had ever driven a Lexus to which I repied no.So being the smart salesman he is, Rob suggested we should go for a test drive. He let me drive a different GS350 than the one I had come to look at. Much to my surprise I found some things I was not impressed with. Again Rob pointed out that every car (even though they may be the same model and year)has it's own carracteristics. So we continued to peruse the lot. I must say all this time I never felt pressured by Rob or obligated to buy. As a matter of fact I even said to myself I can't belive I was spending so much time here. Well as the saying goes everything happens for a reason, we happened to find a car that I really liked even though it was a 2006. I have to say Rob had his work cut out for him that day and he met the challenge head on. I guess you could say we both won. He made a customer and I got a great car I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to recommend Herb Chambers and especially Rob Williams More

We looked at other SUV's but finally came to realize that the RX was head and shoulders above all the rest and the Herb Chambers Lexus dealership was the one we wanted to deal with. During the past few months, Robert was in constant contact with us, always available to answer any questions we might have. Last week we went in and sat with Robert to once again go over the RX and we decided it was the right car for us. We picked up the car last Monday and Robert went over every detail with us.
