My wife and I felt that Rob made us a part of HIS family. Rob was looking out for my daughter and had a interest her well-being and total satisfaction with her first car experience! We did not feel like we were part of the "typical assembly line process for buying a car." He took the time to give us a tour of the dealership - even the service area, which was unbelievably clean. You could've eaten off the floor... He even gave my daughter a red rose and took pictures of her near the new car. He also took the time to show my daughter the features of HER car and made sure she understood all about it before leaving the facility. Lexus is very lucky to have Rob as an employee - he is truly one (non-typical salesman)who goes the extra mile for his customers!! In this situation I felt that way. I was the patient and my nurse went above and beyond for me. This company is very lucky to have such a great person working for them and he raised his child all on his own. That says alot! I was extremely happy with everything and I'm so happy to know that Lexus in Dharon is my car dealership. It was just a fantatstic experience and Rob was the main reason. I recently lost my mother's car that was given to me after she past away. I was going to replace it with the same kind of car but the prices were just to unreasonable.
