Robbie is really good at what he does and knows how to explain things in layman’s terms to someone who doesn’t know a lot about cars. For his age he’s super knowledgeable and retains informations really w explain things in layman’s terms to someone who doesn’t know a lot about cars. For his age he’s super knowledgeable and retains informations really well. He is excellent at active listening and understanding where I felt like he was able to make things work for how I wanted it to be. He was also extremely patient and took time to explain everything to me. I bet you in 2 years he will be top of sales for your company. He has a really calm demeanor and eased a lot of the anxiety of purchasing a used car. He was has a really good charm to him and I was worried originally walking into a dealership that I would be overly pressured and end up more frustrated than excited but that wasn’t the case. It didn’t take very long and i was out of there. I wouldn’t have bought a car today if Robbie wasn’t my salesperson. Extremely happy with his service there and so far I love the car.
