I bought my car mainly because of the dealer experience. I test drove different makes and models at 5 different dealers. I was deciding between the Honda and another maker. The main reason for making my decision was the dealer experience. My initial call with the receptionist was welcoming and informative. After arriving and talking with Robbie he was honest and most importantly transparent. He was extremely knowledgeable. I let him know I had to drive one more car that day and he didn't use scare tactics or pressure me into signing now. I told him I would call him the next day with my decision. Before I left the general sales manager came over to thank me for coming in. I was very impressed because Daniel never mentioned why an I not leasing today. She simply said thank you for stopping in and if I needed anything to give her a call. The next day I let Robbie know I was going to lease the car because of them. The car was great don't get me wrong but the dealership won me over. In a day and age where customers typically only complain about experiences that was not the case at Liberty Honda. More

When I went in search of a Honda CRV or Accord, I came to Liberty Honda and was connected with Robert. What a joy to work with. He listened to how I was planning to use the vehicle, and asked me to conside Liberty Honda and was connected with Robert. What a joy to work with. He listened to how I was planning to use the vehicle, and asked me to consider the Passport as well as the CRV and Accord. A great suggestion, but decided ultimately on the CRV Hybrid Sport L. Robert was great to work with as I came a couple times to test drive the vehicle, and then to make a final decision. Again, as we consider other possible options, he listened to my wishes and did not push me into things I really didn't want. I plan to come back and work with Robert again when it's time for my wife to replace her vehicle. Highly recommend Robert and Liberty Honda for a pleasurable car buying experience. More

Upon entry to Liberty Honda I was greeted by Justin who immediately catered to my needs. Coffee was immediately provided to soothe myself and greatly appreciated as I was very cranky due to my terrible exp immediately catered to my needs. My day turned around when I sat at Justins desk to discover his last name… Dingle. I chuckled. My once cranky demeanor instantly flipped and I was ready to start the Liberty Honda experience. Absolutely everything was perfect. The price of the car I seen online was the same when I came in, wether I fincanced or not, and Justin was upfront and honest about everything and immediately got to work finding me the car that best suit my needs. Then in the finance office I met Ronaldo (Rocky) Hernando, the man with all of my answers. Again he was upfront and honest about everything and clearly displayed all of my options. Very low pressure, smooth and easy. I will never go anywhere else, the experience was so good that when picking up my car I did a little Dingle Jingle and took a photo holding the Lucky Liberty Honda Plant. I would let my 80 year old grandma come here alone and sleep well knowing she will not be taken advantage of by other traditional dealerships. More
